LYE Long Collar Mechanical Coupling is designed to connect plain ended PVC-O, PVC-M & other plastic pipe materials with similar outside diameters. Long collar with body length, 300mm product designs is ideal for pipe laying, maintenance and work repairs for preventing plastic pipe pull-out due to internal pressure. It is known as highly cost effective mechnical jointing solution for allowing close tolerance pipeline underground installation. . • For connecting plain ended PVC-O, PVC-M & other plastic pipe materials with similar outside diamaters. • Long collar with standard body length of 300mm • Suitable for potable water, neutral liquids & sewage • Maximum temperature : 10°C to 70°C • Working Pressure : PN16 • Coating : Fusion Bonded Epoxy • Sealing : EPDM . Standards • Test : EN 12266-1 • For PVC-O Pipe : ISO 16422 • For PVC-M Pipe ( >=DN150 ) : AS/NZS 4765, S1 • For UPVC Pipe ( >=DN150 ) : AS/NZS 1477, S1 • For PE Pipe : EN 12201 / MS 1058 / AS 1159 .
